| Mr.
Magu was commissioned in Brigade
of the Guards and served in
8th Batallion of the Regiment
for about five years. He gained
experience in various fields
i.e. operations and administrations
at company level. On completion
of term in the army he was
selected as Assistant Commandant
(Assistant Superintendent
of Police) in Border Security.
He had seen two wars in his
initial period of service
in 1965 and 1971. He earned
various field medals. In Border
Security Force he served in
various ranks, commanded an
operational Battalion on the
International border as well
in Internal security duties
and tackled various administrative
issues while on staff duties.
He was awarded Police Medal
for meritorious services.
And was elevated to the rank
of Dy. Inspector General on
his retirement in 2002, he
joined Fireball and since
then he is heading this Group
of Companies and providing
his able guidance. |

| A former Chief Officer of one of UK’s largest police force, Gerald is an expert in security and intelligence management. He is a Post-Graduate in Criminology & Forensic Sciences from Cambridge University. He worked in 3 major British police forces, in various ranks, during his 35 years police service and then reached the most senior rank – Chief Officer of Police - in one of the UK's largest police forces. He has worked all over the world with police forces including London's Metropolitan Police (UK), Washington DC (USA), Melbourne (Australia), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Jamaica and Mauritius. He is also an expert on the development of the Private Security Industry and its potential to link with mainstream policing. |

| Capt.
Ravee has served one of the
most prestigious Regiments
of The Indian Army, 11 Gorkha
Rifles from 1990-1996. Had
the opportunity to work in
the private sector in service
industry with Hotel Best Western
Surya and Hotel Maurya Sheraton
and was chosen as one of the
Security Members for Atlanta
Olympics in 1996. He progressed
well in his career and worked
at corporate level offering
his services in the field
of security at Ericsson &
British Gas. Capt. Ravee
enhanced his security know-how by gaining experience
from an international learning
center in UK, The Ericsson
Academy in Malaysia, security
seminars in Greece and other
similar international events.
With his sound security background,
Capt. Ravee chose to explore
the private sector for offering
his services in the field
of Security. He is the Chief
Executive Officer of the Fireball
Group. Having spearheaded
this organization, he is the
person responsible for its
growth and prosperity in the
last 9 years. His versatile
and security background in
the Executive Management,
coupled with his 17 years
of experience in dealing in
the same field on a large
scale has awarded him a reputation
for quality management.
Capt. Ravee has further
enhanced his contribution
to the field of security
and intelligence by initiating
the first institution in
India known as Orion School
of Security & Intelligence
Management which shall provide
careers to the youth in
these fields. |

Vibha Ravee, Director |
| Ms.
Vibha is responsible for the
human resource development
& training. Graduated
from the Delhi University
and Post Graduation in Journalism,
Vibha gained a lot of experience
while working in this field
and she has been associated
with Fireball since its incorporation.
A Delhi University Graduate
with a rich blend of experience
relating to Security Education,
Public Relations, effective
handling of manpower and administration.
Her vast knowledge of the
subject and strong commitments
to the organization has helped
her and the team, manage the
HR aspects effectively. |
